Hi,
Can you put me on your
flyer mailing list please. Me & my g/f came to see you for the 1st
time at The Town Mill in Mansfield last night & I
have to say that you just blew us away with an absolutely
bloody fantastic performance (can you tell I was
impressed yet?). You rocked the place. Unfortunately I've
never seen AC/DC in the flesh yet, only on TV, but you
have got your/their act down to a tee, you look just like
them! All of you were great, esp Brian (Grant) &
Angus (Simon) who have got them off big time. You
were that good its was just like watching the real thing
in action. Every song was tight & spot on as if
listening to the CD!!! Best moment of the night...........................havingn
Angus standing on the bar right above us doing a
brilliant solo & getting the whole place rocking
& just in awe at his skills. We went to see Motorhead at Rock
City in Nottingham a few weeks back & you were better
than them. My g/f is more into Motorhead than AC/DC but
enjoyed your gig more, tons more!!! Had a chance to speak to Simon
& Paul after the gig & found you to be just
normal great blokes, with no airs or graces, who just
were pleased they'd done a good job & entertained
people, (you did that guys, no problem).
Just to end with a
huge thank you for a brilliant night, one of the best
gigs I've even been to!!!!! Till the next time, Cheers guys!!! Mark :o) 'stalkered'

Hi
Stic, Before I
go any further, can I just check on something that's
playing on my mind. The email I'm replying to was signed 'Stic',
now am I putting 2 + 2 together & making about 500 or
are you the one & only 'Paul Sticca' (Rhythm Guitar)
that's replied to my lowly email? The only reason I ask as if it is,
or, you are, was: 1st) Amazed I actually got any kind of
response at all. 2nd) I
thought it would just be an automated response if I got
anything (or perhaps it is???). If I'm totally barking up the wrong
tree then sorry & don't I look the prat. If I'm not
then thanks very much Mr Sticca for not only
answering my email but for a fantastic gig Saturday
night in Mansfield. Its the 1st time I've seen a tribute
band of any kind but all I can say that if I see
any others they've got to live up to one hell of a
reputation now after seeing you & the boys.
I've been taking a
look around your website after getting the address off
one of your flyers (they do work you see!!!). I reckon
you site is pretty good, lots of stuff about the
band. I certainly feel more clued in about the history
now. Back to my
original email & the reason of me writing to you
again........I'd not only like it if you put my email on
your site but would be honoured. I hope my glowing words
struck the write note & wasn't too gushy (LOL), coz
it was straight from the heart. I've been to a decent
amount of gigs/concerts in my life so far but I really
don't recall having as much fun or being so hoarse
at the end of one. Been looking at when you might be in the
neighbourhood again, nowhere that close for a
bit but we're actually thinking of making sure we're away
down Cornwall to come & see you at the Penzance gig,
(how's that for dedication, huh?). We love it down
there & was thinking of going down about that time
but seeing this date has pretty much confirmed it for us
both. Hopefully if we do go it'd be great to get the
chance to say hello again & to once more be in (no
bullshit), awe of you all!!! That'll do for my rabbiting on & on. I'm
sure your a busy guy & have got better things to do
than have me gush endlessly. Look forward to seeing my
words on the site if/when they go on, you all deserve the
praise, 100%!!! Till
next time, Cheers
mate, Mark 'stalkered'

| Hiya fellas! Can't bloody wait to see you on Sat
at The Railway! We've just about got over the
Colchester gig being cancelled and are now busy
trying to convince one of our mates that it's a really
good idea to give up a Saturday night's drinking (and
possible fornication), in order to give us a lift to
Ipswich. That way, we only have to pay for the taxi home
to Colchester! (Well, I am a Scot!) Rob and I have
seen you before and have raved on about you to our
friends for ages, so we're really looking forward to
seeing you kick arse! Anyway, this gig is a bit special
to us for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the four of us who will be
coming to the gig all went to the Leipzig gig
together and had a mega weekend!! Even now, months later, we
can't talk about that weekend without grinning like
maniacs! The thing is,
our friend's surname is Teates and our surname is Hinton.
It wasn't till the end of our weekend that we realised
that Hinton translates into the German word for "behind"!
Consequently, our weekend was immortalised as "The
Tits and Arse Tour". So, this weekend is like a bit of reunion
for us and since we can't get the real thing .....well,
there's no-one else we can think of who could do the job
better! Secondly, it's
our wedding anniversary...12 years! Bloody hell! Rob remembers the
first time he visited my flat(we had been dating about 2
weeks). He was flicking through some of my albums (!) and
found Back in Black and he knew then that I was the
girl he was going to marry! How romantic!! "Our song" has
always been You Shook Me All Night Long........and
you don't get that played very often on Steve Wright's
Sunday Love Songs!! So,
if you play it on Saturday, you'll know there's a couple
out there in the crowd getting their rocks off! Ha! Ha!
Anyway, take care and we'll
bring some pics of Leipzig! I hope they bring back
some good memories for ya! We'll say hi at the gig
if your not too busy beating off the groupies!! ha

| Well I've organised people from all over the
country to come so we're gonna rock anyway. Some of
us made it to the Hammy and we want to recreate the
atmosphere for our mates who didn't get to it. So
for us, this is the Hammy take 2. |

| Hey guys! just wanted to say what a great
night we had last Sat! We all had a brilliant time and
thought you guys rocked! Thanks for the anniversary
mention too! What a good memory! I didn't think you would
have remembered. Can't
wait to see you when you are around this neck of the
woods again. Also,
many thanks for the plectrum Stic, which I now wear
next to my heart! Ha! Ha! Hey! Does that make me an official
groupie?! Love Maria |

| Hi there, Taken me a while to get things
together - I spoke at some length with Simon and Sticc at
the recent gig at The Horn in St Albans about getting
Headrush into some support slots with you. I
haven't hit the phones get but I will be and hope that
they get the chance to be on a bill with you and I get to
see you play lots of times again.
We had coaxed several people into The Horn that night on
the promise of a good night and they were not
disappointed - many of them are still talking about it
and are not entirely convinced that they didn't see a
sneaky appearance of AC/DC themselves. I'm also going to see if there is
anything I can do locally to get the gigs at the Alban
Arena better publicised - the people that do it now are
pretty lousy. Anyway,
hope to see you guys soon, any feedback on the CD I gave
Sticc would be appreciated, keep it all going, what you
do is really quite incredible! Cheers Carolyn http://www.headrush.co.uk check them out

Top night. Loved the Greetch Malcolm copy. And
yeah I was the geezer at the front. Didn't have the room
to write about the rest of you guys. Thought you where
all tops. For me DC is all about Bon and Angus so I guess
the Malcolm role gets over looked far too often but I was
watching you as much as Simon and you where as solid as a
rock. I never realised just how much Malcolm did until I
saw you the other night. Both guitars sounded just like
the real thing. Also tell Grant he was fab too. I'm a big
BS fan and believe that after the first 2 Brian albums
his voice had got real bad. I was at the live Donnington
Concert a few years ago (when I got to touch Angus as he
was getting onto the platform) and Brian was awful, but
Grant pulls it off, so no complaints there.
Can't say I noticed a single fuck up and I know all the
old DC stuff as well as anyone. I noticed Simon's guitar
was a little quiet on a few bits but thats not your fault.
Sounded pretty good from where I was and my mates all
really enjoyed themselves too.
I had a feeling I recognised you from somewhere! Are you
local, or from Bedford?
I know Paul who books the gigs at the Waterfront. I'll
suggest getting you guys down again if you would like?
Got alot of people who says they would love to see you
guys after the praise I gave.
Keep up the good work,
Si. |

| Hey Stic Just to say that we hope you and the guys
have a fantastic Christmas and a brilliant new year. We
are hoping to see you in Cambridge in Jan, so we will say
hi then.(I was going to say hi at Ipswich but you all
looked so busy that I thought it might be a nuisance!).
By the way, of course I am of Italian origin! Just check
out my full name! Actually I am half Scottish half
Italian....a lethal combination!! As for you being an
Aussie...well, I won't mention the rugby but you guys
know how to party, that's for sure! Anyway, have a
cracking "happy holidays" and keep up the good
work! ciao baby! Maria |
